Hello Friends ! It's that time again !!!!
         So Cal Rockabilly Fest 3 & Car Show ( Formerly So Cal Hellbilly Fest ) , will take place in on August 10th & 11th this year in the city of Oceanside , CA at the Ol Oceanside Drive in & Swap Meet Grounds. Located on 13 Acres of Black Top. 3480 Mission Ave.  Oceanside, CA 92054
     
         If you made it to last years show , then you'll know that we did it on Sept. 24th and aside from the 3 minutes of rain in the morning , It turned out to be a REALLY Beautiful day. But we did loose some of our attendees from LA, Riverside and other surrounding Areas, because in those areas it was still raining. Still aside from all that we had a GREAT TIME. 2500 attendees and close to 500 rides in the car show and loads of GREAT LIVE MUSIC !!!
        
         This year we have an Awesome 2 day event planned for everyone's enjoyment !
      August 10th in the morning will be set up for Vendors, Stage, Sound & Lighting. Gates will open around 2pm and we have a little twist for the show this year that has been getting a Great response from everyone ! What we have planned is we are having Bands Start at 3pm and the bands will be going till dark. Once it is dark (around 8 or 8:30pm ) we are Showing  2 Back to Back, Classic Hot Rod Movies, Running till around 12-12:30.
        Attention Vendors > I have hired 24 hr around the clock Security to be on the property at all times, so all you have to do is bring a cover (Tarp ect. ect.) to enclose you booth for the night.

        August 11th For the BIG CAR SHOW with BANDS, BEER , VENDORS, BURLESQUE AND MORE !!!!! CARS ARRIVING AS EARLY AS 6am bands start at 10am and go till 7:30 or 8pm (Gates Open at 8:30am)
       
          This year we have some really Exciting News for you... The Car Show will be Hosted by Willie with the Crusaders Car Club out of Long Beach. Willie is the a Really Great Guy and he is the one that is responsible for setting up the Car Shows at the Long Beach Car Show, Bedlam at the Broiler .  Along with Willie & the Crusaders Car Club Will be his Uncle ... Leo Rods another Really Great Guy from United Hot Rods Dot Com. I'm Really Glad to be able to call them my Friends. With these two behind me , you can expect this years Car Show to be BIG for both days !!!!!

         This year we have a lot going on for your entertainment !!!!
•       We have a 2 day, Pre 1969 Classic Car & Rat Rod Show
•       We have a Classic Hot Rod Movie Night (2 Movies)
•       We have Tons of Vendors for Guys and Gals
•       On Saturday August 11th we are also going to have a Classic Car Parts Swap Meet
•       We are also Selling Pabst Beer our self this year (so instead of paying $8 a beer, like Del Mar Charged last year ) We will be selling them at $3.50ea - $5.00ea
•        We are also bringing in our own food vendors this year= Great Food , But NOT at EMPTY YOUR WALLET PRICES !!!!!
•    We also are Having a Burlesque Show for your Enjoyment
•    We are also having either a Fashion Show or Pin Up Contest With the help of World Renown Pin Up Model and clothes Designer  BERNIE DEXTER

We the undersigned do hereby submit our application for the reservation of display
space as an exhibitor at the above-described event. We will abide by all rules, regulations and
conditions governing the above-described event and Regulations set forth by the city's Health, Police, Business, Fire Dept, City, Venue and Promoter. We hereby understand that it is our soul responsibility to comply with ALL health, business , fire dept codes and regulations including but NOT limited to proper permits.
1.We hereby understand that there will be no refunds due to noncompliance of this agreement or ANY codes of liability. Nor to a rain out
2. We agree to adhere to all show rules and regulations, including complying with the provisions of liability.
3. All vendors agree NOT to sell food or ANY type of liquid beverage.
4. All vendors agree to be fully set up by 2:30 pm on August 10th ,2012 for fire inspection and arrive NO earlier than 9:00 am
